Susan is the owner of Millham Psychotherapy Group. She is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in the States of West Virginia, Pennsylvania and Virginia. She earned her Master of Social Work at Binghamton University in Upstate New York. Additionally, she was awarded a Certificate in Geriatric and Gerontological Social Work from Binghamton University. She currently teaches social work and gerontology classes as an Adjunct Lecturer with WVU. She is a Level 2 Internal Family System (IFS) therapist.
Kristina M. Hash, PhD, LICSW
We are excited to share that Dr. Hash has joined the practice as an independent contractor. Dr. Hash is a full-time professor at WVU's School of Social Work. She received both her MSW and graduate gerontology certificate from WVU. She was awarded her PhD from Virginia Commonwealth University. Her interest and expertise in the clinical field include aging and caregiver issues. She currently facilities the monthly support group at the Morgantown Alzheimer's Association. She is credentialed with Medicare, PEIA and Highmark BCBS.
