Psychotherapy Services for Older Adults

Millham Psychotherapy Group is pleased to offer psychotherapy services to older adults through in-office, tele-therapy, and community-based options.

Later life can bring big changes: retirement, health concerns, loss of loved ones, and shifting roles in family and community. These changes can lead to mood symptoms, loss of enjoyment, or feeling overwhelmed — especially when caregiving for a partner or parent living with dementia.

Our clinicians specialize in supporting older adults and their caregivers with evidence-based, compassionate care.
