Many clients choose to pay out of pocket for greater privacy, flexibility, and control over their care.
- Convenience: It can be easier to find a therapist when you’re not limited to in-network providers.
- Privacy: Self-pay keeps your diagnosis and treatment details private, outside of the insurance medical record system.
- Control: You and your therapist decide together how often you meet and how long you continue, without insurance limitations.
Please contact us to discuss our current self-pay rates and to find the option that best fits your needs.
